SSC is a label that lumps the victimized "Dhulos" with the independent "others". MJPride, Cayn is another non-existant territory, besides the hostile situation of Sool has a direct affect on Maakhir as they continue to potray this "SSC" as their territory which the only occupy Sool. Maakhir has to deal with they dismantling of this false label.

Babygirl and the rest of the Puntlanders seem careless, as stated prior SSC does not exist well the Sanaag part. Nor is their an SSC President, administation, governance in Sanaag. But this label was created as a buffer zone for both PL and SL who have little in Sanaag let alone the vicitimized "SC".
