I think the mayor of Ceerigabo Ismail Haji Nuur is the best Sanaag has had. He released the German NGO worker and dealt with those terroist, now he is dealing with those troublsome puntiland .
Puntiland is no match for Musa Ismail (HY) in sanaag.
