thats exactly how america views hamas and hisbuallah. america views hamas and hisbuallah as unpopular, cowardly, hiding behind civilians, suicide bombers etc. therefore, america putting al shabab in the list along with hamas and hisbuallah is 100% correct. the other thing, america views the tfg, palestinian and lebanese governments as popular and legitimate
