Food prices

Wow my weekly food shoping has almost doubled in recent months. Milk, bread, hilib, pasta and rice have increased the most.


I guess the only recession proof industry is killing us all.


Anyone else noticed this?

Yep,

Its the cost of increased prices of commodities in addition to higher fuel costs which increase transportation cost.

hell yea. i remember a few years ago milk was 1 dollar a gallon now its almost 4 bucks for 1 gallon

Food prices were one of the few goods that stayed consistent in terms of price. Not anymore.
