For those of you who don't understand the meaning of flight 13.... It is a term used for the new refugee generation. There was a flight #13 which could not land for a while..But with Allaah's blessing it was able to land savely..

These refugees started to pour into the West around 1991 and after... So my question for Caashaqa is what is the difference between some one who came here in 1990, 1991 and 1992? They are the same walaal...

i agree with you on this one kambuli, some people try too hard not to be like "somali" but i guess we all different. and me, i love somali my target is to speak as many languages as i can.

Yes, there are some kids who don't speak the language properly, simply because they were born or came to the West at a very young age like 2,3,4yrs old and their parents didn't teach them.
