Either Majerteen have higher IQ than other Somalis or its just my eyes...

Why do all Puntland settlements have cement houses instead of southern Somalia where the idiots use twigs and shit to build houses? Is there an IQ gap or something? :?

I don't know who is fabricating stories that western bari is under Maakhir rule, but I took these pics and that town and entire region (western Bari) is controlled by Puntland authorities.
