im happy for djibouti but a little confused with the 80 percent for company and 20 percent for goverment

U have to also factor in the amount of investment the company is doing. They are spending millions to buy equipment, find the gold mine, extract it, hire people to dig it, refine it and then export it.
Djibouti's government does nothing but issue a license.

YAY Djibouti!! I would absolutely love it if it can become another Dubai.I hope the Somalis/Afars will profit from it and help the country become very successful.
