For some reason an error is showing up when I try to pose the article myself and write a few comments with it.

Anyways

"Djiboutian government to split gold profits 80 percent for his company, 20 percent for the government."

what kind of deal is that?

Them indians are cashing in wallahi. 80/20 kulah. I guess thats what happen when you have the Presidents brothers and cousins as you ministers.

Somalian,

At least Cumar Gelle makes deals as his own boss and is not slapped around by a lowly Tigrey

Well done Dijabouti. If you allay yourself with Western countries, they help you build the country, but for some reason, Somalis don't like foreigners and want to sit in a small corner. Bunch of retards

Djibouti is becoming the little country of big dreams. Hundreds of millions of dollars of overseas investment is pouring in, promising to turn this sleepy, sweltering mini-state, which right now does not even have a stoplight, into something of an African trade center.

im happy for djibouti but a little confused with the 80 percent for company and 20 percent for goverment

surely it should be the other way round?

anyway nice to see some somalis are doing good in the world

Boqor,

U have to also factor in the amount of investment the company is doing. They are spending millions to buy equipment, find the gold mine, extract it, hire people to dig it, refine it and then export it.

Djibouti's government does nothing but issue a license.
