Remember Hargeisa was built by all Somalis and funded by the old regime while Bosaso is only ten years old and still the fastest growing city in Somalia.

lool...check your facts sxb. Regardless who built Hargeysa in the pass, it was reduced to mere ashes literarly in the '88 campaign. Hargeysa took much more effort to rebuild than any other somali city. Bosaaso is simply expanding, while Hargeysa had to be rebuilt completely from the bottom up.

95% of homes in Hargeysa were destroyed. So whatever the pass regime built, it also destroyed it.
