To have peace with the whole world let alone a neighboring country is no problem.It is actually a blessing. But there are steps to follow for everything..

1. First why don't Ethiopia have peace with the Somalis within their borders..aka Somali Galbeed?
2. The Somalis within Somalia should have peace within themselves..
