Man what is he an ugly black short (4 feet?) fat monster and he was just interrupting people the entire time and couldn't wait for his time to speak.
I've also seen Gagaab, Casho Geele and other ministers.
BTW Never seen so many security staff in my life, the entire compound had like 80 guards and there were 5 always close to him...tells us something about what the locals want to do to him
