It's not the same thing, puntland government is independent, only thing keeps it connected to somalia is the TFG and abdullahi yusuf. Just like somaliland is a defacto independent government. That's the reality kid.

Puntland is only autonomous region of somalia
unlike smellyland who claim to be totaly independent

Puntland will always stay as party of motheland

Puntland is basically independent too like somaliland, how else can the government hand over port management to another country, sign oil deals etc?

'Traitor Yusuf' has the complete support of most puntlanders, he's the reason puntland still claims to be part of somalia.

I hope they make it a deep sea port so big container ships can also offload in Bosaso.

Plus Bosaso port needs to be more automatic and less labour intensive, as now almost all things are loaded off by hand.
