ramadan tips

Post by Hyperactive »

share with us the all good tipcs you have for fasting ramadan.

mine would be:

dont eat too much, eat slowly and in small amount, divide it to
before salat tamar and water [aseer or juice is bad idea]
after salat, start with shorbah and salat.
i prefer right before long traweeh, i eat my main meal so i will feel light after traweeh and can sleep.
then depends your schduale around 2-3 eat light sahour and continue your night prayers.

if your overeat you'll be lazy and cannot do your workship and do night prayers.

avoid inactivity and overeatingm stay busy

otherwise once eid comes you'll be saying "what happened"

also review the Qur'an you know (reviewing is more important than memorizing IMO) and learn something new

Always stay occupied, it also helps to not think of food.

Aftur timir and water. After prayers light dinner. After Tarawih light non fat meal. I play indoor soccer for an hour. Back to work and another non fat light meal for sahur. Normally I can't eat big meals. I sleep for 5-6 hours and back to work to deliver goods.

Nice goals!

I also noticed going to Taraaweeh really helps, otherwise you'll feel all bloated & lazy the whole night.

For some reason, I don't get up for saxuur, early enough. The clock rings rings, and I stay in bed, then I'm in a rush and end only eating a little before salaat :x

But here's the way, I like to do it

Timir and water
Salaat
Main food, sambuus, bur, etc.
Taraweeh

School doesn't open till late Ramadan for me, so it should be easier. Insha'Allah read a lot of Quran and get more educated. :D
