Religion is a form of social control ,our wadaads failed to impose social control because of their selfish interest.
if i was elected somali president i would have
1.declared secular repuplic
2.banned all neo-islamist gangs like alqaida,taliban,alshabab wanna arabs.
3.promoted sufism.

You can ban all you want, but all thsoe names like...Al-qaeda, taliban and al-shabaab dont mean nothing other than the importance we associate with those name. Just like reer Hebel are nobler than reer hebel and all that none existance laan dheer/gaab nonesense.

And i disagree with your comment about our wadaads failing. If anything we let them fail.

there is nothing growing in Kenaya apart from investment and Business.
In Kenya Christianity is a thriving Businees alot of churches are funded by some wierd NGOS from Abroad and the Churches are competing for adherants... the more masses you have the more cash you ahve stalked at your bank.

there are very many Christain denominations in Kenya and they spring up Just like Chip Shops.
Somali people are just joining in to exploit the high chances of becoming famous or wealthy.

Its not that the Islamic faith is in quetion but were Christianity a better option Ethiopians wouldnt be Starving in Addis Ababa nor would they be in Mogadishu deficating on mosques.

those are hawiye refugees that want to be resettled in the west. i guess it is by any means necessary for them.

most of those somali christians are desperate refugees who need help and they would even convert to hinduism in order to get help.

the future of islam in kenya is very bright, there are more muslims in kenya than in the whole of somalia. mosques are popping up everywhere even in communities that were never muslims. im not worried about a handful of somali's converting to chritianity let then have it their way
