Well in her case they bloody well can.Who the hell lets their own19 month old daughter get beaten by that pathetic excuse of a father!! :shock: god only knows what they would do if they had more children?! they don't deserve to have any, there are people in this damn world who cant have children and would love them and care for them.Those in my opinion are the kind of people who deserve to have children
