Somali Racial stereotypes

Why do some people on her call hawiyes bantu...they think all hawiye are darkskined..bantu looking....ive seen..well let me say frist it depends on how you describe beauty..but ive seen hawiyes with fair skin and could pass for sudanese habashi anyday..infact one of my bestfriends is hawiye and lets just say she doesnt even get mistaken for a somali.

She probably has a jeberti mother like you
you know jebertis really inter marrry with hawiyes

The Hawiye are called HUTU, the Darood are called BANTU. You need to clear that

No, the Hawiya are the only ones who are called HUTU or Bantu.. And the reason is even if they are pretty on the outside (very slim chance) they have ugly hearts.. esp the atrocious act they committed in Somalia during the civil war.

I thought all somalis were of the same race. The correct heading would be "somali clan stereotypes".

I know a Issaq (Haber Jeclo) and a Hawiye (Haber Gedir) married with children...so not only Darods intermerry with them but every Somali buddy!

yeah there are few and there some people who do that But mariages between hawiye and isaaq is less then 5%
