i sure hope u r not obese. I dont eat to 'eat my moneys worth' -- i eat to fulful my hunger. I drink 2 glasses of water and a small portion of food that makes me full. thats it. Otherwise it will get into my fitness- and u know- there is NO ---fat beauty macaanto.
