USC wasn't supported by Ethiopia, nor was the SPM or SNF, those groups grew out of Siad's paramilitary forces who eventually turned on him.
SSDF and SNM were funded by Ethiopia though, that much is true.

I agree Somalia and Ethiopia fought a proxy war we supported the rebel movements in Ethiopia and Eritrea Meles used to live in Xamar! We lost the proxy war, and Somalia disintegrated but our intention was for Ethiopia to disintegrate!!
