I learned That Buffalo Chicken Isn't From Buffalo but!!!

Today I learnt that Buffalo chicken isn't really from Buffalo animal, they call it because the spicy sauce and style of cooking is that of Buffalo city New York. It's more like Philly Steak, from Philadelphia! lol! :lol:
