and precisely why sudan isn't going to have another civil war is that the second sudanese civil war ended only 4 years ago officially

the treaty also called on a referendum for the south to obtain sovereignty as a separate country or remain autonomous

its not happening, sudan always has clashes and squabbles but its a huge country and thats expected

full blown civil war isn't happening

no one in the world is trying to be the next somalia and they'll avoid it at all costs

somalia is at what? 20 years of civil war? almost 21?

even after another decade skinnies will be fighting over dusty territory and huts
