Post by *Nobleman* »

Currently reading a book on currency trading and looking to start trading inshallah.

http://www.forex.com/uk/index.html

I understand that this a key website for online trading and might set up a free practice account and see how i fare.

Any tips from the pros on this board?

Salam nobleman.
Don't really do much of forex trading, aside from occasional scalping I use for hedging my currency ETF.
I mainly use cmsfx. You can open a paper trading with the one you mentioned above. When doing live just make sure the firm is registered with Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and National Futures Association (NFA) as there are many con dealers masquerading as official registered entities.

Check out scribd (http://www.scribd.com) and you should find couple of good forex reads there. Also peruse elitetrader.com.

I think the admin is a forex trader. Also Gurey25 trades or use to trade forex.

Good luck mate.
