One thing i have learnt from the transformation of Hargeysa into a developing city, is that no matter how badly damaged a city is, anything can happen given that the people are willing to rebuild everything. I swear that first picture looks similar to some streets i have seen in Mogadishu a few years ago, there is so much negligence when the security of a city is bad. I hope people can learn from this.
