When I am planning to buy certain types of vitamins, sometimes I find among the ingredients "Gelatin". And ofcourse the only picture that comes to my mind is Mr Pork. I do know not necessarily all gelatins come from pork but I do not know how to differentiate among them. Is there certain things that I need to look for that holds the key to my question when looking at the list of the ingredients?

And yeah, I do not trust what the sales people who work in the vitamins stores say? I dont know why but I cant help it either.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated :P

Vitamins with an outer gel are made of gelatin. That outter gel is pork rennet. Either get powder tablets or gels with gelatin like the seven seas brand.
