How come President Sheikh Sharif has not released any manifesto or program.

Instead of just travelling around the world.... there is no need to chase 64 mill euro
gaalo money has never been good for anything and they rarely fulfill what they promise mark my words.

What I wish to see in 24 months programme

* Xamar and surrounding regions reconciled , following opening of normal transport at airports and port.
* Official acceptance and recogntion of Puntland and Galmudug States
* Negotiate with ARS to make a mutual platform for political progress
* Freeze absolute all negotiations on natural rescources untill a national conglomerate has been established.
Operating with reservation rights on all Somali rescources. So we in the future can take over any developed field.
stock shares should be split following 30 % Federal Government bond 25 % split between our federal states 35 % on private in private hands of the people. The stockprice should be made symbolic for first 5000 shares.
Remaining 10 % to be distrbuted among special people of us.
Notice this would be a symbolic company but legal and approved.

* Create economic incentives to make diaspora invest heavier

Level 2
* Negotiate with Al Shabab under pretext of refuting absolute all nonIslamic extremecy and xaasidnimo.
* Negotiate with Southwestern Somalia and reconcile the Kismayo issue.
* Incorporate the pirates into Somalias official marine, small babysteps is enough


Level 3
* more focus imediately on roadnetwork and airports.
* We must have one up and running intercontinental airport within last year of manifesto.
* Parliament should ratify a symbolic act that Somalia does not recognise neither Somali Galbeed, NFD or Socotra as part of the sovereign nations of Kenya , Ethiopia and Yemen.
It's a huge boost for moral

Level 4 when some notable progress has been done the last and most difficult.
* Negotiate with Somaliland what ever outcome it must be final and brotherly.


If we don't put up any list all the talks and committments will be futile
