Well i knew something like that this would happen with the federal ripping puntland off in some way either thru 250 million they got or this education scam...yemen is giving somali scholarships and scholarships are going to hamar...Puntland education minister wants it fair so that puntland, somaliland, koonfuur all can have their correct portions...I am worried if the oil that is drilled will be controlled by federal government and used to built abgaal palaces...If they are doing this with scholarships, can u imagine what they will do with oil?...
