2. Consolidation of South-Central Somalia from Al Shaydan control into ProGovt Sufi/Traditional Elders Councils.
3. Formation of ProGovt Sufi Awakening Councils to hold territory and keep it free of terrorists.
Why Qeybdiid and not Sheik Sharif:
1. Qeybdiid was the only man who confronted the evil forces early on and fought them
2. Qeybdiid is well experienced in warfare and is very resourceful
3. He has a multiqabiil support among his 4,000 men
