Changing your Sleep Pattern....
Lately my sleep pattern has been messed up. Because, I dont have nothing to do during day time and come late home. Any1 of you know how to change your sleep pattern. I now sleep almost half the day. People told me to stay awake 1 whole night and 1 whole day awake but that didn't work for me. So if any1 of you know how to solve this problem. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

go out in the day and come home tired after doing lotta work
you be iun bed by 10 and by work i mean physicall like playin football or the gym

Gym doesn't get me sleepy. But my muscles become sore.
Football yeah defo. 2morrow i'm gonna play football. Lets see.I'm gonna play extra long normally i only play for 2 hours.

i had that problem lastyear , and suffered alot cause i still had to go work and uni

Im a sleep addict i can sleep for 12 hours straight and still wake up tired... laakiin these days it takes me a while to fall asleep...
