They have already attacked us once before and killed over 30 over brothers in Somaliland. I'm sure they're planning more. It's impossible to stop a sneaky attack like this. The only way is to take counter measures before they could think and carry out their attacks. I say we put aside our difference and take action. What is needed is joint military all out invasion and smoke these rout them. Remember Godane is the mastermind behind the explosives.
