its not just in America...i know a woman here in Toronto who notified the gov. of her ex-husband's income and child support payments which he did not make for 5 years....the ex-husband lives in the states, makes good money and is married to another woman with 2 kids... but that did not stop Canadian social services from going after him till he made those payments.

The case Hanad posted is different from the case in Toronto...The guy in Hanad's post is not the father of the boy whom he was paying for the child support for a long, long time..and even when it was found out he was not the father they are still asking him to pay $16,000 that he had owed the state before the ruling. Acuudu Bilaa what a justice

I remember reading about this dude when he went to jail last yr. I'm glad that the dude is free again
