Some people are making a lot of noises and insisting the interim gov. should be based in there but in my opinion I don't think so untill the problem is sorted,the muqdisho we have seen in last 14years where warlords hold it ransom and it's people where gunmen and bandits are roaming the streets,so I don't know why the warlords who are now suppose to be in the new adminstration but it seems are hindering it rather than taking it seriously,and taking part bringing peace and stablity so nowadays they are criticising any one who says the city is not save enough they are treating them as enemy,the fact is every one knows it's not save enough yet even a small child can see that.
