He never captured las Anod from Isaakh. During that time, there was not a single politician or member of armed forces present in Las Anod. Only few locals reppin Somaliland and they desserted mostly while the rest just fled to Hargeisa. If Igal had real troops stationed in Las anod, A/yusuf wouldnt dare to touch Las anod.
