I remember reading the (Al-Jazeera) article this picture is from. It was about Bantu afflicted with leprosy and an array of other disorders who were living in poor conditions.

I also think there was an accompanying video, I'll try to find it.

somalis alhamdulilah dont have albinos i never seen or heard somali albino person
