Allowed by what? The law of the land you live in or the religion you subscribe to? For the religion it depends on what faith you follow and for the law, it differs state by state in where I live. In most states, you are allowed to have abortion even if the kid is perfectly healthy so long as you do not want it. Freedom reigns supreme here.
