Their Hizbul Islam allies such as sheikh Hassan Turki iyo Sheikh Ahmed Madoobe found them not to be trusted. Al-shabaab were supposed to hand over kismayoo port to Hizbul islam after 6 months time. But they became greedy and wanted to stay within the lucrative port. So they broke their word and the trust of Allah swt by not honouring what they had earlier agreed too.
68 people died because of the recent clashes between hizbul islam and Al-shabaab all because of al-shabaab's failure to live up to their agreement, and recent news is that hizbul islaam is preparing to soon re-take kismayoo by force as they amass their militias
