Complete opposite, it's the northern somalis that have deep-rooted hatred for us southners especially daroods and they try to make themselves look good. wallahi it's easier for southern somalis to co-operate.

I dont really by into this whole ''there are more qabils in the south which is why its at war''. I mean you look at somaliland you have the whole of Isaaq, and then you have Guderbersi and Cisse on one side, Ogadeen and Dhulbahnte on the other, and Warsengeli and Majerteen also. Plus add all the tribes who live in Puntland, I know majerteen are majority but others do exist in puntland. Add all those tribes together and I think they out number the southerners. This argument of their being more tribes in the south is hollow and is usually used as a get out clause. To sort of justify the chaos.

Nomad, you talk out of your arse nobody has more credibility when it comes to Somalis then IMLewsi. He is the number one expert. I know it hurts when he speaks the truth, how the iidoor are had and shoulders above all else.

He's actually not. Go cite I.M Lewis with a degree of seriousness in an academic setting and you'll be laughed out of the building. His work is flawed and he continually pushes agenda's in his supposedly unbiased writing. Take into account the fact that he also insists on propagating discredited lies and you get a running joke, which is exactly what he is.
