Sick And Tired Of Fast Food.

I miss hooyo temporary departure to haj ....since I cant cook besides noodles, I resorted to eating out lakinse after a jackbox meal earlier today, I felt sick to my stomach, fast heartbeat followed by uncontrollable shaking; somehow I managed to drive home and pass out on the couch, alxamdulilah I woke up fine but never knew fast food was this dangerous.

Im gonna start eating beans, grains, vegetables, fruits etc BY FORCE lol.

lol I use this thing called "Mat på data".......U just type in and they count it for you

lol I count everything I eat.....(maybe except sugur free gum......I mean, it's just 5 calories I problably burn that off while chewing it )

anyways I don't think it's obsessive, I think it's observant and a good tool for controlling your weight.....

Bro i'll be honest i like eating fast food maybe once a week, but after the meal and the next couple of hrs i regret it, i feel sick and on the verge of vomitting, no matter what the fast food is. Also i've noticed making your own food from scratch is much cheaper. In fact this is what i take to eat at work every single day, may look nasty to some, but its quality protein and veg, which tastes decent and beats the after affects of fast food.






Personally i cant cook for shit, but make a big batch of this on sunday's and box it up for 5 days of work.

I believe that every grown man should be able to cook some passable food. You don’t have to be a metrosexual, namby pamby chef but you should be able to produce a meal that does not kill anyone that eats it.

chipotle is the closest thing to fast food that I eat.I can't do soda either. But ohh how I miss meat...
