I think he was killed execution-style, bombs attached to his waist, and detonated by remote control. If you observe the pictures, you'll notice the place where he's lying doesn't look like a hotel or the site of graduation where there are chairs; it looks like an abandoned place. Also, the man is missing his right eye (left is intact), possibly caused by gunshot. And as someone noted, he isn't wearing a female dress.

Sorry, but I don't think most people buy this story. It simply isn't gonna work. If you think I'm wrong, then give me a timeframe (weeks/months/years) in which Al-Shabaab become a non-factor in Somalia. Then, we'll wait for the timeframe and see if you're right.
