DAALLO AIRLINES.

Post by Cali_Gaab »

I was looking to book a ticket online for April/May thinking the earlier i book, the less i have to pay.
Although daallo airlines have improved their customer services over the years, their online services are virtually non existant. There are no booking options and a message will be displayed asking you to walk into the branch. I hope that they will not ignore the UK customers just because there are no more Daallo flights from the UK anymore, my family have been lucky enough to be the last people on a flight to go directly from the UK, myself being one of the last. It's bad enough that i will have to go through Carabta from now on, pissing of the UK customers is the last thing they need right now.

Services that cater to somalis seem to have the tendency of not giving their full expertise, sloppy services is what they expect us to put up with.

uk is scared of al-kabab hijacking Daallo plane then crashing it into a tall building. this is why Daallo got banned from UK.

it was a garbage airline anyways, so good riddance

It was quite cheap and they have seriously stepped up their onboard services this year compared to the previous years i have went back home using the same airline. The 12 hour flight was very convenient for UK citizens, a 11/12 hour flight from London to Djbouti with intervals at Paris on certain flights. From Djbouti to Hargeisa less than an hour, couldn't have been more easy.
With the new changes, all flights will go directly to carabta where you have to change flights to go to Djbouti and then change again for Hargeisa, Burco etc.
