I don't think you have viewed the video properly, there are no signs of anybody drinking alcohol. Matter of fact, i don't think i've seen anybody drink at all. Now as for it not being in carabta, i think it could be very likely. Reason being, spot how the guys are dancing with eachother, waa wada bajuujuq i have seen plenty of wedding tapes from carabta and quite frankly they display the same characteristics.
