Only African Express and Jubba airways flies direct to Somaliland, Berbera and Hargeisa, Jubba Airways is Straight to Hargeisa, and African Express is from Dubai- Berbera-Moqdisho-Nairobi.... The Avarage price from Dubai is around 400$ (around £200)

I have never Taken, Jubba Airways, but i have taken African Express, and it flies from Dubai, on Thursdays, and from Sharijiqa on Mondays, and all the flights are to Berbera, and from Berbera there is Busses that will take you to Burco and Hargeisa! or You can get some relative to pick you up!
