SOMALI UNIVERSAL TV—IS THIS HOW YOU WRITE YOUR TITLE?

Somali universal tv published news that had a very poor title, I should say the incorrect title which made me to write a little piece of this particular incident.
the title say something like this “Talibanka oo sheegtay inay dileen 20 qof oo taliban ah“. I would have said it, the writer made a mistake, but actually that is not the case. The writer did not think he made a mistake but that is his last decision he could get for that title.
This is not the first time universal tv wrote title like that. in february 2009, they poorly wrote fabricated story against the reality of what is going on Mogadishu. The writer of the website, not only he can not write story properly, but he also do not have enough inteligent to manifest the reality of what is going on in Mogadishu.

universaltv– is baised and more keen toward this puppet government controlled by amisom. Universal tv always discourages to report the killing that caused this ruthless enemy called amisom everyday. Most workers from universal tv are more likely support the government of sheikh shariif because of this tragic system called “TRIBAL MOB JUSTICE”. which means they justified everything this puppet naive shaydaan sharif.

I am not suprised the ignorancy and the poor journalism of universal tv can attract this puppet government which not only naive politicaly, but controls less than the size of my bathroom.

We are in dire good journalism.

bro, even though I sympathise with you, I believe universal tv is the only somali tv with worldwide audience and source of information about somalia.
with all their shortcomings and fraud ideology, it can not be denied the fact that they cater for people who are starved of tv news and current affairs programmes.
best way to counter them and expose their propaganda is to set up and establish a genuine rival television station.

it is no use of moaning about it.

who is moaning? I never interested in tv programmes other than my little blog... but this piece is all about that we do not have journalism in universal tv except cameras and lights and something like that... but all of them are not bad, but bad journalism must be resolve in that station.. that is all I was explaining.

I studied Media and i I know that when I read most Somali papers it screams unprofessionalism. Its quite a dire situation we need young talented somalis to take up the reigns of journalism.

It seems most somalis are interested in nursing and biomed
