harari or adari Are close related to the somali trough intermarriage Their language in the past was written in the Arabic alphabet now and days in The Geez How ever harari people are their own people Muslim Noble People Harar was The capital city of the adal empire under Abubakr ibn Muhammad , there are also Somali clans as we know them today that where lost in harar during the battles against the Ethiopian kings I am talking about The Ahmed guray wars.Till the day of today these clans are still incorporated with in the Harari Ethnic Group

Dadka Harar waa isku jir, They speak harari its not similiar to Somali its actually more semitic...they claim to be descendents of Aw Abadir, the same ancestor of the Shekhaal.

Harar=Geysu=Meaning people of the city, so the Harari people are the remnants of Axmed Gurey's Empire...They i believe also have some highlander mix.

I lived in Harar for a while beutiful place, very nice...Emperior would love it, its the Suufi capital...Tombs everywhere.
