Somalia's best hope is a former Assistant Manager of McD's

Post by FHA1223 »

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/10/world ... ia.html?hp
"One American official recently conceded that Somalia’s “best hope” was the government’s new military chief, a 60-year-old former artillery officer who, until a few months ago, was assistant manager at a McDonald’s in Germany."
As for FAH1223, my account is out of commission right now...admin please re-activate it as I'm not getting a link to my new email address.

One, Abdulkadir M. Nur, known as Eno, is married to a woman who plays a prominent role in a local aid agency that is supposed to verify whether food aid is actually delivered.
Who is this guy?
The report questions why the World Food Program would steer 80 percent of its transportation contracts for Somalia, worth about $200 million, to three Somali businessmen, especially when they are suspected of connections to Islamist insurgents.
The food aid mafia. They are about to go down.
The report also said that the president of Puntland, a semiautonomous region in northern Somalia, had extensive ties to pirates in the area, who then funneled some of the money they made from hijacking ships to authorities.
No one was spared in this report.

Nothing either strange or funny about it . Go read in what type of jobs some of the nazis top brass found themselves doing once they immigrated to Sth America. What other skills did he have ? What credentials ,diplomas recognised here ? None ! That doesn't make him less of a leader .

The United Nation started unloading some food in Berbera Somaliland .That food was put on trucks and was supposed to go through Puntland . The Puntland authorities first denied our trucks1/ entry 2 / passage..3 / exit to Galkacayo Habar Gidir side . On their way back , our trucks found themselves taken by land pirates and some of our guys are still there . It all makes sense now ,man oh man ! :sland:

Damn! Why is this b!tch of a nurse always off topic and talking xaar? Listen in light of the difficult humanitarian situation facing our Somali brothers in Central Somalia and the need to deliver the food aid, Puntland has already decided to allow the convoy of trucks to pass through in order to deliver the food. The world food agency was blamed for failing to inform Puntland authorities about the matter and also disobeying the road laws in Puntland; Puntland in case you haven't noticed is a functioning state with functioning bureaucracy and with the proper documentations your free to travel freely about the state. Be sure to tell the UN to bring the proper documentations the next time they feel the need to bypass Bosaso port for the SNM one.

As for the trucks only 9 of the 70 trucks where taken hostage and the issue has since been solved, all have returned to where they came from safely thanks to the state police.
