Is it fair? I am not talking about racial profiling or american police....- I am taking about the american system of regulating its system.I am talking about criminal records data, credit information data, child molester registration--- these data system is used to police citizens. Is it fair or unfair?

The concept of a second chance or christian forgiveness is kaput or out of the question. Once u have a criminal record, u r DONE. U cant get a good job, u cant eraze your record. Same with credit record, u cant get a loan or the child molester--u cant get a job, rent or live in 1000 miles from schools, children etc etc--these deviant devices impinge on the idea of human flaw-lessness. The right for a human to error. But i see the positive side of it---it forces citizens to be good, empasizes personal responsibilies, or risk being outcasted-which is the worst thing u can do to a humanbeing. (given that humans have an inherent biological hunger to fit in a group or society) Discuss --r u for it or against it?
side notes: And in such police-ing of data & human activity regulations---how is a law-less hooligan like a Somal' survive?????
