What am i missing? If this keep's up there will be 50+ Plus states within the country.

Of all that that you've mentioned. Only one actually wants to break away; Somaliland. Another one wants to be an equal country to Somalia but not break away; Puntland. Another one was a joke that unexpectedly turned serious; Galmudug.
And the rest were serious ideas that turned into jokes.
