Ok so you don’t want to be part of Greater Somalia, you want your independence and be recognised as individual state, or country, am I right?
Say for hypothetical reason, (well not hypothetical even, it could happen and will happen Insha’Allah, Muslim Unity I mean) Islam becomes the dominant religion, the superpower of the world, the golden age of Islam once again begins, you know Islam believes in unity and the notion of 'Ummah', and whatever/whoever are the leaders of Islamic Empire asks you to join Somalia, because they don’t believe in separatism, independence, and democracy all that unnecessary stuff that will make us (Muslims) weaker, because better off united, would you do it?

Would you go for the idea of one Ummah and for the sake of that one Ummah would you join Greater Somalia if it was brought to you by powerful united Islamic Empire?

The concept of ISLAMIC empire only exist in the minds of the poor like Somalis and Afghans who can NOT figure it out how to manage their own internal affairs. .

Let me know when SA and Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, Libya and Turkey to just to name a few are ready for such unity. I wouldn’t mind sharing their oil resources. Until then, I will be okay with my little UNRECOGNIZED nation called Somaliland.

See that’s a good question I thought about that before that posting the thread, and well no. Because to start it off, Somaliland, Somalia, puntland, gedo, etc were in part of this ‘Somalia’ plus as Muslim we should unite and think about what’s good for our people, if galo wants us to disunite and separate, the logic thing to do as a Muslim is to unite. Ethiopia likes to see Somalia as separate entities because is easier to exploit weak regions than powerful united country, so just to defeat them and our enemies we should unite ( I would think this is the argument the Muslim Empire would use, along with hadiths).
