I was thinking about this but in Berbera the other day .
The Berberawis are complaining about the gov bringing in inmates from all over including pirates and all kinds of shit.
If I were in charge , I would be thinking about taking my case to NATO .The Kenyans have refused and went back on prior agreements with NATO as far as taking pirates who were captured by the western navies . Somaliland could enter a deal with the NATO countries . You finance the building of a proper prison that could take X or Z number of inmates and subsidize the running of that operation and we will take the pirates . Would cost less for NATO to ship them back to their individual countries , would provide one solution out of many as to combating piracy as a CRIME , and the fukin pirates would still stay in custody who still speak their native tongue . Win /Win for everybody no ?

I saw this Prison, its located in the middle of the city, thats is a bad move... why dont they build this prison in the middle of the Desert?

I think this will serve as transition holding place rather than long term.
The food supplies for most of the inmates are provided by their love ones from home three times a day. That is another reason.
