The much anticipated U.W.S.L.F Conference was held in the village of cadadley, about 20km from Godey.They were welcomed with Ethiopian Colonial flags in Godey, where the Xabash/Kilil rounded up the people from homes and schools to give a welcoming party for the surrendering group.Now the UWSLF's motives are unkown here, these wadaads or so called wadaads are entering into the Lions Den without properly analysing the nature of Ethiopian Govermental behaviour, there signing there own death warrants not quite in the literal sense but generally speaking Ethiopia puts on a show by throwing a few parties for groups such as these, gives them a tour of Addis Ababa, sends them to there home regions and there villages then smacks them silly after the pandamonium is over.The fact they negotiated on Ethiopia's terms is what worries me the most, it shows how politically vulnerable and inept they are.If Ethiopia cannot satisfy the "Real" and "Powerful" Jabhads call for negotiations to occur in a nuetral country inorder for a transparent process to begin, then how can any "Nationalist-Religious" group take the step to even approach Ethiopia in any form of negotiation, then claim to be representing the interest of the Somali people.What interest is that? emotional and tired arguments like "people are tired of conflict" have been over-used and are simply empty and dry.Conflict occurs because of simple economics, it is demanded when there is a scarce supply of freedoms.Without satisfyng our need for self-determination, something Ethiopia is unwilling to do no political settlement can take place.So where do negotiations fall into place in this current climate.The enemy that is Ethiopia will not come to the table without been coerced to do so by force.The politically inexperienced UWSLF have taken an epic fall, to further illustrate how insignificant Ethiopia considers them, here is the meeting place provided for them to discuss the talks and to conduct there annual "shir".The it must be true UWSLF is "Ethiopia" today, they have accepted the rule of the colonist.History will be harsh to there betrayal of the people.
