Woah, if this succeeds you guys will have better roads than Hargeisa

if the donners provide what is needed , there are still thousand corrupt hungry(semi illiterate locals)
or greddy (returnese from diaspora) mouths who ready to undermine this beautiful plan.

That' flag is regional flag, just like Flag of Catalonia (Barcelona),
it's not important to any one in northeast somalia (puntland.)

Catalunya wants to be a sovereign nation, anyway I support puntland secesion even if you don't support Somaliland.
