Since when did Somalis start doing qarxis on each other regarding immigration?

Is this something new or have I been sleeping under a rock for all those years. wtf.
I know Somalis can be brutal to each other sometimes, laakin I thought there was some sort of code of honour regarding stuff like this.

I wouldn't even do qarxis on any other illegal immigrants [Iraqis, Indians, Eastern Europeans etc]. Nevermind Somalis.
