NEW YORK (AP) A Manhattan man says he can't remember what happened. But his credit card bill says he had a wild time with eight young lady escorts - and there are 40-thousand dollars in charges on his credit card bill.

The attorney for Leonardo Manfredo says that's impossible and the man is suing Midnight Escorts of Jamaica, Queens.

Attorney Kevin Claffey says his client hired one escort on March 19th - but 15 hours later he awoke with credit card charges. One 20-thousand dollar charge was denied. But another 20-thousand charge was approved.

Monfredo accuses one of the escorts of slipping him a drug and then inviting seven other women to his apartment. Manfredo says he didn't know there were eight women in his apartment - until he was told by his doorman the next day.

Manfredo is seeing to have his credit card bill refunded and he's suing the escort service for one (M) million dollars.
